What are subsidised returns?

We subsidise returns because we know how important it is to customers to be able to return items easily.

We also subsidise returns to ensure that our ecosystem of independent brands stays competitive.

We have recently introduced the option to return for FREE when you choose a refund via SilkFred store credit. You'll find this option when logging your returns.
