Do you offer exchanges?

Whilst we are not able to offer exchanges, we do have a ‘Refund as SilkFred store credit’ option available when requesting your return. This means that once your return has been processed you will instantly receive a credit voucher to shop with straight away (see credit terms). This will enable you to re-purchase immediately.
