We don’t have a sale end date to share with you just now, but we can promise you that these deals won’t hang around for long.
How do I get early access to deals?
Make sure you sign up with your email or download our app to get first-look access to all deals, and head to your settings to switch on push notifications – trust us, you won’t regret it.
Which styles will be discounted in the Black Friday sale?
Wow, where to start? There’ll be literally thousands of our most popular lines discounted by up to 70%. Whether you want to get your hands on need-to-have dresses that’ll live in your wardrobe from season-to-season, or stock up on knitwear and outerwear to see you through the colder months, this isn’t a sale you want to miss. Don’t hang around though, there’s no guarantee stocks will last.
Will there by a Cyber Money sale too?
If you thought we’d finished spoiling you with our Black Friday deals, you’re wrong. Cyber Monday will see even more styles added to the site with up to 70% off – so if your favourites weren’t discounted already, they might well be now.
Can I use a gift card during the Black Friday sale?
Absolutely! SilkFred gift cards and store credit are eligible to use during the sale. Unfortunately, discount codes can’t be used towards Black Friday sale items.
How much is shipping during the Black Friday sale?

During the busy Black Friday period, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. Rest assured, we’re working hard to process your order and get it shipped to you as soon as possible.
Can I return items from the Black Friday sale?
We hope you’ll love your Black Friday style steals, but if something’s not right for you, you can always return it. Returns that include sale items will incur a postage cost of £1.99 per return parcel.

Can I return Black Friday sale purchases after Christmas?
No, our Black Friday sale items don’t come with an extended returns period.

I’ve placed multiple orders, can I combine them?
SilkFred is an online marketplace, which means that whilst it’s always one checkout process, your orders may contain items shipped to you from different brand locations. This means that when you place multiple orders, some items may be dispatched to you separately.
