Starry night
The starry print on this glam star & moon maxi dress is definitely subtle enough for everyday wear – but, if you have any glittery make-up or accessories lying around, you can use it as the starting point for an ethereal-celestial-goddess kinda vibe. After Hallowe’en, I’d layer this over a turtleneck and tights for all sorts of plans in my diary.

An all-black outfit can work as the base for so many costumes – seriously! Simply add a hat and broomstick (hey, even an old mop will do) to embrace your inner Sabrina the Teenage Witch, or you could draw on some whiskers and go as cat instead. Calling all die-hard procrastinators, I’ve got the purr-fect costume idea for you! (Ok, so leopards can’t actually purr, but you get the idea.) The comfy Jonah mini comes in loads of different colourways, but this green printed version is a great pick if you want to dress up as a leopard – just pair it with a minimal make-up look and animal ears!
Dearly departed
This stunning ivory mini dress is not only ideal for a night out or swanky party, but you can also chuck on a veil and white face paint to create an easy ghost bride costume.
