I love you, pockets.
You provide me with practicality, support and, most importantly, somewhere to store my gum. Whether you’re hidden in the pleats of an A-line skirt or sitting loud and proud on a pair of jeans, you make everything better.
But (and it’s a *big* but), you’re bloody elusive. Seriously, why are so few items of women’s clothing designed with practicality in mind? While I love a clutch or tote, I often wish I could just pop my phone in my pocket and not worry about it falling out.
Don’t even get me started on fake pockets – honestly, I feel like the fashion industry is mocking us with that one.
Of course, there is one solution: borrow your boyfriend/brother/best guy friend’s clothes that inexplicably come adorned with several roomy pockets.
