Can I return after 14 days?

Once you have received your item/s, you have 14 days to let us know you wish to return. Please do this via the My Account section of the site. You then have a further 14 days to physically return the item/s to us.

Returns requested outside of this timeframe, unfortunately, won't be accepted.
